Project Development – from idea to delivery
Introduction
Processes and procedures that are used to govern and control the development of your project could be compared with driving a car. Assuming that you do every operation right (check your mirrors, adjust speed, use signaling and follow the signs) you are going to have a pleasant and successful ride, all the way to the end.
Our methodology has a single purpose: to make your project’s ride go as pleasantly, safely and smoothly as possible.
Project development phases
Based on a vast experience, with both direct and indirect contact with clients, we have developed a certain project development methodology, which we divided into several phases:

step 1 The Introduction
So, you have sent us an inquiry asking if we were available to accept your project; when we answer affirmatively, what happens next?
Project questionnaire
Regardless of whether you have a project brief of your own prepared or not, our first step is to instruct you to fill out Saturized's online project questionnaire. These pieces of information regarding your project are invaluable to our producer, for he creates a basic estimate of time and budget needed to realize your project based on the information provided.
Upon reviewing this document you are able to make an informed decision about whether our offer is something you would be comfortable with, deciding immediately about a possible cooperation.
The entire process lasts five days at the most.

step 2 The Organization
Project plan is a document our producer generates for you once we have agreed upon starting terms.
Project plan is a detailed description of:
- Every phase of the project
- Tasks and assignments in every phase
- Timeline for entire project, with sub-deadlines for each task
- Resources we plan to use
This is a period of project development where communication with the client is essential. Our goal is to try and find the best solutions for certain phases, but also be creative and shape the development strategy. After all the details have been synchronized and documents approved by both sides, we are ready to “saturize your project”!
Online Project Management
your company will be granted access to our project management system, which is probably the best way for you to keep in touch with the development phases, control the tasks, discuss ideas and send material.
Interviews
through direct conversation with a client, our experts shape the best way to materialize your vision.
Collection
by gathering and then analyzing the material, we establish whether we have all the necessary elements, or some of them need upgrading, improving or even making from scratch.
Analysis&Exploration
Goal, competition and informational infrastructure analysis, usability, style and color scheme assessment.

step 3 Sketch & Vizualize
A vital phase of your project, and according to Saturized, this is what it consists of:
Creative Brainstorming
based on the results we acquired throughout Step Two, analyzing your goals and competition and assessing the style and informational infrastructure, it is time to figure out the best way to present your product/service. This is the perfect time to be creative, inventive and full of vision.
Wireframing
the best solution we came up with during our creative brainstorming is presented in a form of a Wireframe. This way you can see, at the very beginning, a blueprint of what the final product is going to be. After we discuss the wireframe with the client and we all agree on it, the time has come for our designers and programmers to step up, and breathe some life into your vision.

step 4 Design & Materialize
During this phase of the project development, our designers’ and programmers’ work is based on the wireframes we agreed on previously. At any given time our client is able to follow up on a work in progress through our project management system. We also have additional steps during this phase, to make sure everything is completed the best way possible:
Weekly progress report
at the end of each work week, you will receive a summarized report of our activities during the previous week. So, if you don’t have time to keep up with our progress yourself, this is the perfect way for you to stay in the loop :)
Revisions
after the completion of every individual task, client has the opportunity to revise the delivered task twice, so that the final result would meet the highest expectations possible.

step 5 Test & Analyze
After all the tasks and revisions have been successfully completed, the project is ready to be tested, before we make the final delivery.
Senior designers and developers test the project first, and then it is sent to our creative director and executive producer for a final analysis and conformation.
Once it has been finally confirmed, the project is sent to a client as a final result.

step 6 Deploy & Celebrate
The most beautiful phase of every project! We deliver the final product, source files and support documentation to the client.
This is when things get a little bit out of hand. Well, COMPLETELY, actually!
The methodology of organizing a “launch party” is something we never seem to get to, due to lack of management staff focus during these moments.
