Our Hiring Process
- Application You have a great opportunity to make an excellent first impression with your CV, motivational letter, and portfolio. Each application goes through a detailed review by the relevant department.
- Practical assignment You will be required to do a practical assignment that tests your technical and communicational skills as a follow up if your application passes the review. The test verifies whether you walk the talk and decides on your expertise. It is an excellent opportunity for you to get the feel for your future position.
- Interview We will invite the candidates who pass the practical assessment for an interview with one of our senior members (in person or via a video call). The interview is a chance for us to get to know each other better.
- Job offer The candidates that fit our culture and standards will receive an official job offer defining all the benefits and conditions of our collaboration. If you decide to take on the offer, you will make the final step in becoming our team member, a Saturator.
