With the rapid development in architectural visualization, realistic 3D renders are no longer sufficient to attract clients and investors. Today you need to convince them of your vision in a way that doesn’t only show them what a property is going to look like once it’s built but allows them to feel it and experience it for themselves.
Case3D has created Experience room: a technological & software solution that allows users to navigate a property’s 3D visualization. While looking at the property on the screens around them, users can navigate it using their tablets, allowing them greater immersion in the properties that are still under development and serves as a more effective marketing tool on the property market.
Depending on their preferences, each user is given the option of choosing the Guided or Custom experience.
The options are presented to the user with minimalistic, mirrored rectangle buttons and a well-defined copy that makes it easier for them to choose.
The guided experience offers the users a predetermined and prerecorded tour of the property.
While this experience has the limitation of not being interactive, it allows the users to see and experience all the best views and the atmosphere a property has to offer.
Custom experience allows the users to explore the property on their own. It’s an interactive experience intended for the more adventurous users.
Both Custom and Guided experience present the users with specific properties they can explore. Property options are offered in a minimalistic style that emphasizes the property itself by drawing attention to the property render and the name.
Minimalistic plans allow the users to smoothly manoeuvre the property they’re viewing by emphasizing their current position and available options for movement.
Once the users select the position from wich they want to explore a home or a neighborhood, the Navigator places that space front and center.
