The main challenge of the existing VOZZi app was that around 60% of the users would drop out of the app at the very beginning: the registration process. Our goal was to redesign the VOZZi app and increase registration numbers and the number of sold subscriptions to VOZZi services.
We proceeded to create the initial prototypes for the VOZZi app with all the information gathered through the research and workshops. We started by creating low-fidelity wireframes that were developed into an interactive prototype through several iterations.

We have focused our redesign on improving the onboarding screens to present the app benefits better and reduce the users’ possible choices.
Each onboarding screen has a custom illustration that visually presents the benefits the users would get using the app.
Choose a package
Behind every package, there are more detailed options to choose from. Here we have focused on simplifying the decision-making process and relieving the stress for the users.
Since the main concern for the users to continue interaction with the app was entering their phone number, we have allowed them to explore the app without giving their phone number and increased the number of users who continue to use the application further.
Since the goal was to give more insight into the app for two groups of users, we have created two different home screens.
The first screen was for the users who had bought the package before installing the app. The second was for the users who wanted to buy the package directly on the app.
Help on the road
The main objective of the VOZZi app is to help users if they are stuck on the road – hence the “Help on the road” button is emphasized the most.
Through the map, users can see where the tow truck is, but they can also select a service depending on their needs.
The final design of the app was enhanced with illustrations that visually communicated with the users, such as onboarding and various empty states.
The illustrations are designed in a way so that they emphasize critical visual elements in the front plane. Keeping the background muted in color allows for important details to come through.
We enjoyed working with Saturized. Their process was completely transparent , and the communication was timely and precise . They made sure we were involved in every stage of the design process. That helped us to understand the changes they made to our product. The final design they created helped to elevate our product to the next level. We will surely work with them again.
